Had a fun few days in St. Louis celebrating the bride and groom to be! The flower girls tried on a couple of dress options (which I edited to keep them a surprise :) And the kids got several good projects in with Grandad - now Ellie sometimes joins Jack and Grandad in their work too! We took the train halfway home which both the kids, especially Jack, just loved. It was definitely a memorable experience for him.

| Friday night stop at McD's on our way south |

| Sisters-in-law! |
| Grandad's enormous drawer full of screwdrivers - the kids loving taking their pick for each project! |
| And more, just in case he doesn't have the right one in the drawer! |
| Reading by the fire |

| Jack just LOVED the outdoor construction site on this visit to the Magic House |
| The "Jack and the Beanstalk" exhibit |
| One of my favorite memories of the train ride - Jack was coloring on the seat with Ellie (see above), then suddenly exclaimed "Am I missing anything?!?" and jumped up to color on the seat back so he could look out the window at the same time and "not miss anything." :-) |
