Jack's New Ride

After months of looking longingly at the kids with cars at the park and on the street - Jack finally has a set of wheels of his own!

We picked this up last night and Jack was ecstatic. We got home around 7 and he did not get out of the car for at least 45 minutes - sat (and stood) in it all through Brian's and my dinner. Although it was dark by that time we had to take him for a quick spin around the block. He was so excited. So excited, in fact, that when we came home and he had to go to bed he was crying and trying so hard to say "ca" for "car", all while doing the baby sign for "please." Luckily we finally got him distracted with some good books and he was able to fall asleep despite all the excitement :)
